Renrica 150 Capsule (Pregabalin) binds to the α2δ (alpha-2-delta) subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system. This action reduces the release of neurotransmitters, including substance P and glutamate, that are involved in the transmission of pain signals and seizure activity. This leads to a reduction in pain perception and seizure frequency.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C or 77°F) in a dry place, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication according to your pharmacist’s instructions.

Dosage should be determined by your doctor and adjusted based on individual needs and response.

Pregabalin is typically taken orally, with or without food.

Start with a low dose and gradually increase as directed.

Never suddenly stop taking pregabalin without consulting your doctor.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Pregabalin should only be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding if the potential benefits outweigh the risks.



Children

Pregabalin is not generally recommended for children, except in certain specific conditions and with careful monitoring by a doctor.



Kidney

Liver
