Renodapt S 180 Tab (Mycophenolate Mofetil) inhibits inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH), a key enzyme in the de novo purine synthesis pathway. This reduces the production of purines, essential building blocks for DNA synthesis, thereby suppressing the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes, key players in the immune response and organ rejection.
Store at room temperature (20-25°C), protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.
Dosage is determined by the physician based on the patient's condition, weight, and other medical factors.
Typically administered orally, usually twice daily.
