Renfor 180mg Tab (Mycophenolate Mofetil) inhibits inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH), a key enzyme in the de novo purine synthesis pathway. This reduces the production of purines, essential building blocks for DNA synthesis, thereby suppressing the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes, key players in the immune response and organ rejection.
