A sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (sglt2) inhibitor that helps lower blood sugar by increasing glucose excretion in urine.
A dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (dpp-4) inhibitor that enhances the action of incretin hormones, which stimulate insulin release and suppress glucagon secretion.
A biguanide drug that improves insulin sensitivity and reduces glucose production by the liver.
Type 2 diabetes mellitus, when diet and exercise alone are insufficient to control blood sugar levels.
May be used in combination with other diabetes medications, such as insulin.
This drug combination works by targeting multiple pathways involved in blood sugar regulation. Remogliflozin Etabonate increases glucose excretion in the urine, while Vildagliptin enhances the action of incretin hormones to stimulate insulin release and suppress glucagon. Metformin improves insulin sensitivity and reduces liver glucose production.
Store the medication at room temperature, protected from light and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Dosage is individualized based on your specific needs and response to treatment.
Typically taken once daily with a meal.

Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar): Symptoms may include dizziness, sweating, headache, and confusion.
Lactic acidosis (rare but serious): Symptoms include muscle pain, weakness, fatigue, and breathing difficulties.
Gastrointestinal upset: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation.
Urinary tract infections.
Dehydration.
Yeast infections (vaginal or oral).
Allergic reactions: Rash, itching, swelling, or difficulty breathing.
Moderate alcohol consumption may increase the risk of hypoglycemia. Consult your doctor about safe alcohol limits.
Hypoglycemia may impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. Avoid these activities if you experience symptoms of low blood sugar.
This medication is not recommended for pregnant women. Consult your doctor about the risks and benefits if you are breastfeeding.
Not recommended for children.
