A biguanide that helps lower blood sugar by decreasing glucose production by the liver and improving insulin sensitivity.
Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults inadequately controlled with metformin alone or with metformin and either vildagliptin or remogliflozin etabonate alone.
This triple combination medication works through three distinct mechanisms to manage type 2 diabetes. Remogliflozin etabonate increases glucose excretion in the urine, vildagliptin enhances insulin secretion and reduces glucagon release, and metformin reduces hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
