Levosulpiride

A dopamine d2 receptor antagonist with prokinetic properties.

Rabeprazole

A proton pump inhibitor (ppi) that reduces stomach acid production.

Treatment of functional dyspepsia (indigestion) with associated symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and upper abdominal discomfort.

Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) when associated with nausea and vomiting, especially in cases where delayed gastric emptying is suspected.

Levosulpiride blocks dopamine D2 receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) and gastrointestinal tract, relieving nausea and vomiting and improving gastric motility. Rabeprazole inhibits the gastric proton pump (H+/K+ ATPase), significantly reducing gastric acid secretion, thereby alleviating heartburn and other GERD symptoms.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual patient needs and response.

The usual dosage may vary but generally involves taking the prescribed tablet(s) once or twice daily, typically with or before meals.

Do not exceed the prescribed dosage.
