Treatment of amoebiasis, including intestinal amoebiasis and amoebic liver abscess.

Treatment of giardiasis (a parasitic infection of the small intestine).

Treatment of bacterial infections in the intestines, but only when caused by specific bacteria that are sensitive to tinidazole.

Store this medication in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water.

Do not crush or chew the tablets.

Complete the full course of treatment, even if you feel better before the end.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is nearly time for your next dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
