This combination drug works by targeting multiple symptoms simultaneously. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain, phenylephrine relieves nasal congestion, chlorpheniramine maleate counteracts allergy symptoms, and caffeine enhances alertness and potentially boosts the effects of the other ingredients.
