Paracetamol reduces fever and pain through its action on the central nervous system, while prochlorperazine blocks dopamine receptors in the brain, reducing nausea and vomiting. The exact mechanism of paracetamol's pain-relieving effect isn't fully understood.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after its expiry date.
