This is a statin medication that works by lowering the levels of low-density lipoprotein (ldl) cholesterol, often referred to as “bad” cholesterol, in the blood.

High Cholesterol: To lower high cholesterol levels in adults with high cholesterol, including those at risk of heart disease.

0 Rosuvastatin: It works by blocking the enzyme HMG-CoA reductase, which is involved in the production of cholesterol in the liver.
