Mirabegron

A beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist.

Silodosin

An alpha-1a adrenergic receptor antagonist.

Treatment of symptoms of overactive bladder (OAB) in adults, including urge urinary incontinence, urinary frequency, and urgency.

Treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men.

Mirabegron relaxes the bladder muscle, increasing bladder capacity and reducing the frequency of urination. Silodosin relaxes the smooth muscle of the prostate gland, improving urine flow and reducing urinary symptoms.

Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F). Protect from light and moisture.

Mirabegron: The usual starting dose is 50 mg once daily, which may be increased to 100 mg once daily if needed.

Silodosin: The usual dose is 8 mg once daily, taken with food. It can be adjusted based on individual patient response.

Serious side effects can occur, including low blood pressure, fast heartbeat, and allergic reactions. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience any serious side effects.

Common side effects include dry mouth, constipation, dizziness, headache, and nasal congestion.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol can worsen dizziness and drowsiness associated with this medication.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Caution is advised while driving or operating machinery as this medication may cause dizziness or drowsiness.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless the benefits outweigh the risks. Consult your doctor for advice.



Children

This medication is not intended for use in children.



Kidney

Patients with severe kidney problems may require dosage adjustments.



Liver

Patients with moderate to severe liver problems should use this medication with caution. Your doctor may monitor your liver function closely.
