Domperidone

A prokinetic agent that helps speed up the movement of food through the stomach and intestines.

Esomeprazole

A proton pump inhibitor (ppi) that reduces the production of stomach acid.

Relief of symptoms associated with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), such as heartburn, acid reflux, and indigestion.

Treatment of peptic ulcers.

Treatment of gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining).

Domperidone blocks the action of dopamine in the brain, which helps to increase the speed of gastric emptying. Esomeprazole blocks the proton pump in the stomach, which is responsible for producing stomach acid. This reduces the amount of acid in the stomach, helping to relieve symptoms of acid reflux and ulcers.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

The dosage of Domperidone + Esomeprazole will vary depending on the individual's condition and the severity of symptoms.

It is typically taken once daily, usually before meals.

Always follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets.

Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water.

While Driving or Operating Machinery

This medication may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Talk to your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.



Children

This medication is not recommended for children under 18 years of age.



Kidney

This medication should be used with caution in patients with kidney problems.



Liver

This medication should be used with caution in patients with liver problems.
