This combination medication works by targeting different aspects of pain and inflammation: Aceclofenac blocks the production of prostaglandins, which cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol reduces pain signals in the brain. Rabeprazole reduces stomach acid production, which can contribute to pain and inflammation in the stomach and intestines.
Store in a cool and dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
The usual dosage is one tablet twice daily.
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush or chew the tablet.
