Moxifloxacin

A type of antibiotic called a fluoroquinolone. it works by killing bacteria that cause infections.

Tobramycin

An aminoglycoside antibiotic that also fights bacteria.

This combination is typically used to treat severe bacterial infections, especially those affecting the lungs (pneumonia) and the skin.

It may also be used for infections in other areas of the body, such as the urinary tract or the abdomen, depending on the specific bacteria involved.

This medication is only prescribed for infections confirmed to be caused by bacteria susceptible to these antibiotics.

Quadmox T Eye Drops 5ml (Moxifloxacin + Tobramycin) work together to kill bacteria. Moxifloxacin inhibits the bacteria's ability to produce essential proteins needed for their survival, while Tobramycin interferes with the formation of bacterial ribosomes, which are crucial for protein synthesis. By combining these two mechanisms, the drugs effectively target and eliminate the bacteria causing the infection.

Store the medication in its original container, tightly closed, at room temperature away from light and moisture. Do not freeze. Keep this medication and all medicines out of reach of children and pets.

Alcohol Consumption
