Q Repa 1mg Tab (Repaglinide) is a meglitinide, a type of oral hypoglycemic agent. It works by stimulating the release of insulin from the beta cells in the pancreas. This effect is dependent on the presence of glucose; repaglinide does not stimulate insulin release in the absence of glucose. It helps to lower blood glucose levels, primarily after meals.
