Prolop 100ml Inj 1gm (Paracetamol) reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus region of the brain, which helps regulate body temperature. Its mechanism for pain relief is less clearly understood, but it's thought to involve inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system.
