Pretro 30s Rotacaps (Levosalbutamol + Ipratropium) work together to open up the airways by relaxing the muscles around the bronchi. Levosalbutamol acts on beta-2 receptors in the lungs, causing relaxation of smooth muscle, while ipratropium blocks the action of acetylcholine, which is responsible for constricting the airways.
Store the medication at room temperature, protected from light and moisture. Keep it out of the reach of children.

It is typically inhaled using a metered-dose inhaler (MDI) or a nebulizer.
