Pregarica 300mg Tab (Pregabalin) works by affecting the way certain nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord send signals. It helps to block the release of certain chemicals that cause pain, seizures, and anxiety.
Store pregabalin at room temperature, between 68°F and 77°F (20°C and 25°C). Keep pregabalin in its original container, tightly closed, and out of reach of children.
The dosage of pregabalin will vary depending on the condition being treated and the individual patient.
Take pregabalin exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
Do not take more or less pregabalin than your doctor has prescribed.
Swallow pregabalin capsules whole with water. Do not crush or chew the capsules.
It is important to take pregabalin regularly to get the most benefit from it.
Do not stop taking pregabalin suddenly, even if you feel better, without talking to your doctor.

Avoid alcohol while taking pregabalin, as it can increase the risk of drowsiness and dizziness.
Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how pregabalin affects you. Pregabalin can cause dizziness and drowsiness.
Talk to your doctor before taking pregabalin if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Pregabalin may pass into breast milk and could harm a nursing infant.
Pregabalin is not approved for use in children.
Tell your doctor if you have any kidney problems. Your doctor may need to adjust your dose of pregabalin.
