Pregabalin is a gabapentinoid that works by binding to the alpha2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system, reducing the release of excitatory neurotransmitters like glutamate and norepinephrine. Duloxetine is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) that increases the levels of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain, which are involved in regulating mood, sleep, and pain.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date mentioned on the label.

Dosage is determined by your doctor based on your individual condition and response to treatment.

Typically taken orally with or without food.

Do not crush, break, or chew the tablets.

Follow your doctor's instructions carefully and do not alter the dose or frequency of medication without consulting them.

Suicidal thoughts or actions (rare but serious)

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption as it can increase the risk of drowsiness and other side effects.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you, as it may cause drowsiness.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Discuss with your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding. This medication can pass into breast milk and may affect the developing baby.



Children

This medication is not approved for use in children.



Kidney

Patients with kidney problems may need dosage adjustments. Consult with your doctor.



Liver

Patients with liver problems may need dosage adjustments. Consult with your doctor.
