Epalrestat is an aldose reductase inhibitor that helps prevent the build-up of harmful sugars in nerve cells, potentially slowing down nerve damage. Pregabalin is an anticonvulsant that is also used for pain management, specifically neuropathic pain.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual patient needs.

Typically taken orally with or without food.

Follow the prescribed dosage and frequency carefully.

Missed doses should be taken as soon as possible, unless it is almost time for the next dose.

Children

Kidney
