About Prax A 75mg Cap
Prax A 75mg Cap (Prasugrel + Aspirin) are medications that work together to prevent blood clots from forming in arteries. They are commonly prescribed after a heart attack or stroke, or for patients with a history of heart disease. This combination helps reduce the risk of further heart attacks or strokes. It's important to take these medications as prescribed by your doctor. If you experience any side effects, consult with your doctor immediately. Alcohol consumption can increase the risk of bleeding, and driving or operating machinery may be affected by the medication. Prasugrel and Aspirin are not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and should not be given to children. Discuss any concerns you have with your doctor before taking this medication.

How Prax A 75mg Cap Works

Prasugrel is a potent antiplatelet agent that irreversibly inhibits platelet aggregation by blocking the P2Y12 ADP receptor. Aspirin is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits platelet aggregation by irreversibly inhibiting cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1). This combination provides dual antiplatelet action, reducing the risk of blood clots forming in arteries.
