Pramipexole

Pramirol Sr 3.15mg Tab (Pramipexole) is a dopamine agonist, meaning it mimics the effects of dopamine, a neurotransmitter that helps control movement and coordination. It works by activating dopamine receptors in the brain, helping to improve movement and reduce symptoms associated with Parkinson's disease and RLS.

Store pramipexole tablets at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Protect them from light. Keep them out of reach of children and pets.

Dosage is determined by your doctor based on your condition, response to treatment, and other factors.

Take pramipexole exactly as prescribed. Do not change your dose or stop taking it without your doctor's approval.

It can be taken with or without food.

Serious side effects can occur, including addiction, compulsive behaviors, and sleep disorders.

Alcohol Consumption

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Pramipexole is not recommended for use during pregnancy. It is unknown if it passes into breast milk. Talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits of using pramipexole if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.



Children

Pramipexole is not approved for use in children.
