Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose

A cellulose derivative that acts as a bulk-forming laxative. it absorbs water in the intestines, increasing stool bulk and softening it for easier passage.

This combination medication uses a dual mechanism. Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose adds bulk to the stool, making it easier to pass. Sodium picosulfate stimulates the intestines to contract, facilitating bowel movement. The combined effect provides a more effective and complete bowel evacuation than either ingredient alone.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Always follow the dosage instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist.

Generally, the recommended dose is one to two tablets with plenty of water, preferably before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.
