Pentason D 20mg Capsule (Domperidone) blocks the action of dopamine in the brain, which is a neurotransmitter that plays a role in regulating nausea and vomiting. It also helps to speed up the movement of food through the stomach and intestines, reducing symptoms of indigestion.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

The dosage and frequency of domperidone will vary depending on the individual's condition and age. Follow the instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist.

Domperidone is typically taken by mouth with or without food.

Do not take more than the recommended dose or take it for longer than prescribed.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for your next dose. Do not double the dose.

Alcohol Consumption

While Driving or Operating Machinery

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Domperidone is not recommended for use during pregnancy. It is not known if domperidone passes into breast milk, so talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits of breastfeeding while taking this medication.



Children

Domperidone is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
