Diclofenac

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol

An analgesic and antipyretic (fever reducer) that works by reducing pain signals in the brain.

Serratiopeptidase

An enzyme derived from a bacteria that breaks down proteins, potentially reducing inflammation and swelling.

Pain relief from mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, muscle aches, back pain, and dental pain.

Reduction of inflammation associated with various conditions, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and menstrual cramps.

Relief from fever.

This combination medication works by targeting different aspects of pain and inflammation. Diclofenac blocks the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that cause pain and swelling. Paracetamol reduces pain signals in the brain. Serratiopeptidase breaks down proteins, potentially reducing inflammation and swelling, although its effectiveness in humans is still being studied.

Store the medication in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Always follow your doctor's instructions carefully. The dosage will vary depending on your age, health condition, and the severity of your symptoms.

Typically taken orally with or without food.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Serious side effects: Stomach ulcers, bleeding in the stomach or intestines, liver damage, kidney problems, heart attack, stroke.

Common side effects: Stomach upset, nausea, indigestion, diarrhea, constipation, dizziness, headache.

Less common side effects: Skin rash, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing, chest pain, irregular heartbeat.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol can increase the risk of stomach bleeding and liver damage when taking this medication. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

This medication may cause dizziness and drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless the potential benefits outweigh the risks. Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children

This medication is not generally recommended for children under 18 years old unless prescribed by a doctor.



Kidney

This medication can affect kidney function. Use with caution if you have kidney problems or are at risk of kidney disease.



Liver

This medication can affect liver function. Use with caution if you have liver problems or are at risk of liver disease.
