Domperidone

A prokinetic agent that stimulates gut motility.

Pantoprazole

A proton pump inhibitor (ppi) that reduces stomach acid production.

Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with associated symptoms like heartburn and acid reflux.

Treatment of peptic ulcers.

Relief of symptoms associated with dyspepsia (indigestion).

Domperidone increases the motility of the upper gastrointestinal tract, helping to empty the stomach more quickly. Pantoprazole decreases stomach acid production by inhibiting the proton pump in the parietal cells of the stomach lining. The combination is used to address both the motility and acid-related aspects of certain gastrointestinal disorders.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

The medication is typically taken orally, usually once or twice daily.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol may increase the risk of stomach irritation. It's advisable to limit alcohol intake while taking this medication.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Drowsiness or dizziness may occur as side effects. Avoid driving or operating machinery if affected.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before using this medication during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Domperidone may pass into breast milk.



Children

Use in children should only be as directed by a pediatrician.



Kidney

Dosage adjustment may be needed for patients with impaired kidney function.



Liver

Dosage adjustment may be needed for patients with impaired liver function.
