Domperidone

A prokinetic agent that stimulates the motility of the upper gastrointestinal tract.

Pantoprazole

A proton pump inhibitor (ppi) that reduces stomach acid production.

Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with associated symptoms like heartburn and acid reflux.

Treatment of peptic ulcers.

Relief of symptoms associated with functional dyspepsia (indigestion).

Domperidone accelerates gastric emptying and improves esophageal motility, relieving symptoms of nausea and vomiting. Pantoprazole inhibits the production of gastric acid by blocking the proton pump, thus reducing the damage caused by acid to the esophageal lining and promoting ulcer healing.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Typically taken once or twice daily, usually before meals.

Do not crush or chew the tablets; swallow them whole with water.

Rarely: serious heart rhythm problems (with domperidone at high doses or prolonged use).
