Pamorelin La 22.5mg Inj (Triptorelin) acts by initially stimulating the release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) from the pituitary gland. However, with continued use, it causes a downregulation of GnRH receptors, leading to a suppression of LH and FSH secretion. This suppression results in decreased production of sex hormones (testosterone in men, estrogen in women), which is the therapeutic effect in many of its applications.

Store Triptorelin at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C (36°F and 46°F). Protect from light and freezing. Discard any unused portion according to your doctor's instructions.
