Nimesulide

A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol

An analgesic and antipyretic that reduces fever and mild to moderate pain.

Relief of mild to moderate pain associated with various conditions like headache, toothache, menstrual cramps, muscle aches, and osteoarthritis.

Reduction of fever.

Nimesulide inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol's precise mechanism is not fully understood but is thought to involve inhibition of cyclooxygenase in the central nervous system, reducing fever and pain.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.

Always follow the dosage instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist.

The usual adult dose is one or two tablets every 8-12 hours, as needed, but do not exceed the maximum daily dose.

Do not take more than the recommended dose without consulting a doctor.

Rare but serious side effects such as liver damage or kidney problems can occur (Seek immediate medical attention if experienced).

Children

Dosage and safety for children should be determined by a doctor.



Kidney

Use with caution in patients with kidney disease. Kidney function monitoring may be required.



Liver

Use with caution in patients with liver disease. Liver function monitoring may be required.
