This combination medication works synergistically. Clindamycin targets and kills acne-causing bacteria (primarily Propionibacterium acnes). Niacinamide reduces inflammation, controls sebum production (oil), and improves the skin barrier. Allantoin soothes the skin and promotes healing, reducing irritation from acne treatment.

Store at room temperature (20-25°C), away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice daily, or as directed by your doctor.

Wash and dry the affected area before application.

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Rare instances of stomach upset (if ingested)
