Dicyclomine

An anticholinergic medication that works by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in muscle contractions. it helps to relax smooth muscles in the gastrointestinal tract, reducing spasms and cramps.

Nimesulide

A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting the production of certain chemicals in the body.

Relief of pain and spasms associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

Pain and inflammation related to musculoskeletal conditions like arthritis

Pain after surgery or dental procedures

Dysmenorrhea (painful periods)

Other conditions as prescribed by a doctor

Dicyclomine helps reduce muscle spasms in the gastrointestinal tract, while nimesulide reduces pain and inflammation by blocking the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that contribute to inflammation and pain.

Store the medication in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Always follow the dosage instructions provided by your doctor.

The usual adult dose is one or two tablets or capsules taken two to four times daily.

Take the medication with a full glass of water.

Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets or capsules.

Do not stop taking the medication without consulting your doctor.

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication as it can increase the risk of stomach irritation and bleeding.

Be cautious while driving or operating machinery as the medication may cause drowsiness or dizziness.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication should not be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless explicitly prescribed by a doctor. Consult your doctor before using any medication during pregnancy or breastfeeding.



Children

This medication is not typically recommended for children unless prescribed by a doctor.
