Nimesulide

A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that works by reducing hormones that cause pain and swelling.

Paracetamol

An analgesic and antipyretic (fever reducer) that works by reducing pain signals in the brain.

Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headache, toothache, muscle pain, and menstrual cramps.

Reduction of fever.

Painrelax N Oral Suspension (Nimesulide + Paracetamol) work together to reduce pain and fever. Nimesulide blocks the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause inflammation, pain, and fever. Paracetamol reduces pain signals in the brain.

Store the medication at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

The dosage will depend on your age, condition, and severity of symptoms. Always follow your doctor's instructions.

Take the medication with a full glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose. Do not double the dose.

Stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Headache.

Dizziness.

Skin rash.

Liver damage (rare).

Bleeding in the stomach (rare).

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol can increase the risk of stomach bleeding and other side effects. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

This medication may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication should not be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless specifically advised by your doctor.



Children

This medication should not be given to children under the age of 12 years unless specifically advised by your doctor.



Kidney

This medication may be harmful to your kidneys. If you have kidney problems, discuss with your doctor before taking this medication.



Liver

This medication may be harmful to your liver. If you have liver problems, discuss with your doctor before taking this medication.
