Reduction of fever.
Paindown P Suspension (Nimesulide + Paracetamol) work together to reduce pain and fever. Nimesulide blocks the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause inflammation, pain, and fever. Paracetamol reduces pain signals in the brain.
Store the medication at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
The dosage will depend on your age, condition, and severity of symptoms. Always follow your doctor's instructions.
Take the medication with a full glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose. Do not double the dose.

Liver damage (rare).
Bleeding in the stomach (rare).
Alcohol can increase the risk of stomach bleeding and other side effects. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication.

This medication should not be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless specifically advised by your doctor.
