About Pactcure 4.5 Injection
Piperacillin/tazobactam is a powerful antibiotic combination used to treat severe bacterial infections. It's crucial to follow your doctor's instructions precisely regarding dosage and duration of treatment. Inform your doctor about any allergies, existing medical conditions, and medications you're taking. Be aware of potential side effects and contact your doctor immediately if you experience anything concerning.
Ingredients of Pactcure 4.5 Injection

    Piperacillin

    A broad-spectrum penicillin antibiotic.

Direction for Use of Pactcure 4.5 Injection

Treatment of complicated skin and skin structure infections (cSSSI)

    Treatment of intraabdominal infections (IAI)

Treatment of pneumonia (including hospitalacquired pneumonia)

Treatment of gynecological infections (e.g., pelvic inflammatory disease)

Treatment of bacteremia that occurs in association with any of the above infections

How Pactcure 4.5 Injection Works

Piperacillin inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis by binding to penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs). Tazobactam inhibits beta-lactamases, enzymes produced by bacteria that inactivate penicillin antibiotics. This combination allows piperacillin to effectively reach its target and kill susceptible bacteria.
