Packer Xt 250mg Syp 60ml (Paracetamol) reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus, the part of the brain that regulates body temperature. Its pain-relieving mechanism is less well understood but is thought to involve inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes in the central nervous system.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Typical adult dose: 500mg - 1000mg every 4-6 hours as needed, not exceeding 4000mg in 24 hours.
