Paracetamol

Pacimol Drops 15ml (Paracetamol) reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus, the body's temperature-regulating center. Its precise mechanism of pain relief is not fully understood, but it's believed to inhibit cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes in the central nervous system, reducing prostaglandin production.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

For adults, a typical dose is 500mg to 1000mg every 4-6 hours, as needed, not exceeding 4000mg in 24 hours.

Alcohol Consumption

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Children

Kidney

Patients with kidney disease should consult their doctor before taking paracetamol.



Liver
