Alprazolam is typically taken orally 3-4 times a day.

Propranolol is usually taken orally 2-3 times a day.

Serious side effects:

Cardiovascular problems (slow heart rate, low blood pressure).

Drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue, headache, dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision.

Allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing).

Dependence and withdrawal symptoms (anxiety, insomnia, tremors, seizures).

Liver problems.

Alcohol Consumption

Combining alcohol with this medication can increase the risk of drowsiness, dizziness, and other side effects. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

This medication can impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication can harm a developing baby. Do not take this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting your doctor.



Children

This medication is not recommended for children.



Kidney

Kidney problems may increase the risk of side effects. Talk to your doctor if you have kidney problems.



Liver

Liver problems may increase the risk of side effects. Talk to your doctor if you have liver problems.
