This combination medication works by: Beclometasone: Reducing inflammation and swelling in the ear canal. Clotrimazole: Eliminating fungal infections that may be contributing to otitis externa. Lidocaine: Providing pain relief by numbing the ear. Ofloxacin: Fighting bacterial infections that may be causing otitis externa.

Store the medication at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Typically, the medication is administered as ear drops, inserted into the affected ear canal.
