This medication works by combining the actions of its ingredients. Chlorpheniramine maleate blocks histamine, which reduces allergy symptoms. Naphazoline hydrochloride constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving congestion. Zinc sulfate may help shorten the duration of the common cold by boosting the immune system.

Store this medication at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

The usual adult dose is 1 to 2 tablets or capsules every 4 to 6 hours as needed.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

This medication should not be taken for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor.
