Amlodipine: A type of medicine called a calcium channel blocker. It works by relaxing blood vessels, making it easier for blood to flow through them.

Hydrochlorothiazide: A type of medicine called a thiazide diuretic. It works by removing excess fluid from the body through urine, which helps to lower blood pressure.

Treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults when other medications haven't been effective.

Used to reduce the risk of stroke in patients with high blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy (thickened heart muscle).

This combination medication works by lowering blood pressure. Telmisartan and amlodipine work by relaxing blood vessels, while hydrochlorothiazide removes excess fluid from the body. This combined action lowers blood pressure and reduces the risk of stroke in at-risk patients.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the bottle.

The dosage is usually one tablet once a day, taken with or without food.

It is important to take this medication exactly as prescribed. Do not skip doses or take more than prescribed.

Common side effects include dizziness, headache, fatigue, cough, and swelling in the ankles and feet.

Alcohol Consumption

Drinking alcohol while taking this medication can increase the risk of dizziness and lightheadedness.



While Driving or operating Machinery

This medication can cause dizziness, so avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women
