Oleptal Od 300mg Tab (Oxcarbazepine) works by blocking sodium channels in nerve cells, thereby reducing the abnormal electrical activity in the brain that causes seizures. It's metabolized to its active metabolite, 10-monohydroxy-oxcarbazepine, which also contributes to its anticonvulsant effect.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of unused medication properly according to your pharmacist's or healthcare provider's instructions.
