This combination drug works by targeting multiple symptoms. Caffeine provides a stimulant effect, chlorpheniramine maleate blocks histamine receptors to reduce allergy symptoms, paracetamol reduces fever and pain by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, and phenylephrine constricts blood vessels to relieve nasal congestion.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
