This drug combination works by addressing different aspects of cold and flu symptoms. Chlorpheniramine relieves allergy-related symptoms like runny nose and sneezing. Dextromethorphan suppresses cough. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever. Phenylephrine relieves nasal congestion.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
