This combination drug works through multiple mechanisms. Caffeine acts as a stimulant; Cetirizine blocks histamine receptors to reduce allergic reactions; Nimesulide inhibits prostaglandin synthesis to reduce inflammation and pain; Paracetamol reduces fever and pain via central mechanisms; and Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels to relieve nasal congestion.
