Tobramycin

Obivin Eye /Ear Drops 10ml (Tobramycin) inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit, leading to misreading of mRNA and ultimately bacterial cell death. This is bactericidal, meaning it kills the bacteria directly.

Store at room temperature, protected from light and moisture. Do not freeze. Discard any unused portion after the expiration date.

Dosage is determined by the physician based on the severity of infection, patient weight, renal function, and other factors.

Administered intravenously (IV) or intramuscularly (IM) depending on the infection site and severity.
