This combination medication works in three ways to alleviate symptoms related to excess stomach acid and gas: 1. Magaldrate neutralizes stomach acid, reducing its acidity. 2. Simethicone breaks down gas bubbles in the digestive tract, reducing bloating and pressure. 3. Oxetacaine provides local anesthesia to the stomach lining, reducing pain and irritation.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Typically, tablets or liquid suspension are taken as needed for symptom relief, usually after meals and at bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
