Nebivolol reduces blood pressure by slowing the heart rate and reducing the force of heart contractions. Amlodipine lowers blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

It is typically taken once daily, usually in the morning.
