Mefenamic Acid

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that works by reducing hormones that cause pain and swelling.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that works by reducing the production of certain chemicals in the body that cause pain and fever.

Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headache, toothache, muscle aches, and menstrual cramps.

Reduction of fever.

This combination medication works by reducing hormones that cause pain and swelling (mefenamic acid) and by reducing the production of certain chemicals in the body that cause pain and fever (paracetamol).

Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

The usual adult dose is one or two tablets every 6 to 8 hours as needed for pain relief.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Take this medication with food or milk to reduce stomach upset.

It is important to follow your doctor's instructions carefully and to take this medication exactly as prescribed.

Stomach upset (heartburn, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea)

Constipation

Dizziness

Headache

Drowsiness

Skin rash

Bleeding in the stomach or intestines

Liver damage (rare)

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol while taking this medication, as it may increase the risk of stomach bleeding.



While Driving or operating Machinery

This medication may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. It is not recommended for use during breastfeeding.



Children

This medication is not recommended for children under the age of 12.



Kidney

This medication may affect kidney function. Use with caution in people with kidney disease.



Liver

This medication may affect liver function. Use with caution in people with liver disease.
