Voglibose

An alpha-glucosidase inhibitor that slows down the absorption of carbohydrates in the gut.

Repaglinide increases insulin secretion from the pancreas in response to rising blood glucose levels. Voglibose delays carbohydrate absorption in the intestine, leading to a slower rise in blood glucose after meals. The combination provides both immediate and delayed glucose control.
