Treatment of cognitive impairment associated with cerebrovascular insufficiency, such as memory loss, concentration difficulties, and dizziness.

May also be used to treat symptoms of peripheral vascular disease, such as intermittent claudication.

Used offlabel for treating tinnitus and other auditory disorders.

Nicergoline is an ergot alkaloid derivative that acts as a vasodilator, improving blood flow to the brain. Vinpocetine is a derivative of vincamine, a plant alkaloid with neuroprotective properties. It enhances cerebral blood flow, improves oxygen utilization by brain cells, and protects against neuronal damage.

Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage should be individualized based on the patient's condition and response to treatment.

Typically, the recommended dosage is 15-30 mg of Nicergoline per day, and 5-10 mg of Vinpocetine per day.

The drug may be taken with or without food.

Alcohol Consumption
